Everybody wants ABS but how bad do you really want them. I have a few routines that will assist you to see results, and for free…lol
1. Start up with a active full body workout(multi-joint) -SQUAT JUMPS (15-30) —repetition scheme 15 normal-30 superman
Start with feet together then drop to the squat position and explode back up to starting position, repeat
2. Push Ups 2 Plank Intervals -Pushups(15-25/50) —-repetition scheme 15 normal -25 superman/50 hercules—Then HOLD the pushup postion for 10secs then 10secs plank position for 10secs(dont drop your knees stay up using your arms)then 8sec,5sec,3secs from 10secs to 3secs.
3. Leg lifts with (rotation@OWN RISK)-(20-40) leg lifts—Then bring legs down 45 degrees to the right then swing over to the left (10-16).
4. Repeat 3-5 times (Recommended to be added with present workout routine/program or after cardiovascular workouts. If you decide to max out your reps then obviously this is a full core workout.)
